Important Access Number Update
Disclaimer: If you are already using the SpoofCard mobile app on iOS or Android, this update does not affect you.
Here at SpoofCard, our goal is to always provide a seamless user experience while protecting our customers’ personal information. Over the past 15 years we have evolved tremendously, from a physical calling card to a multipurpose mobile app, and that growth continues each and every day.
In order to provide our customers with the best service possible, we will be phasing out calling directly into our access numbers to set up your calls and review your recordings. This system has been in place for over a decade, and while a majority of our customers now use our website or mobile apps, some still use this legacy method. In order to continue offering the excellent service you are used to, we need to update the methods through which customers can place calls. If you are among the few who still utilize this legacy method to set up your calls, keep reading to learn how our service is changing in order to make your experience better.
For individuals who don’t have access to a computer or use SpoofCard “on the go”, we’ve offered access numbers that allow you to call directly into our IVR to place calls. Beginning March 1, 2022 we will no longer be offering this method . After this date, you will need to set up your calls through our website or mobile app. The mobile app experience is significantly better and also will give you access to other calling features not available through the IVR. Not only will this provide more features than you’ve had access to previously, but it is also much faster to set up your calls.
You can begin using SpoofCard through our mobile app and/or website today! We support both Android and iOS devices, and getting our mobile app on your phone is easy – simply download the app from your phone’s app store by searching for “SpoofCard” or by clicking here from your phone.
To access the web portal, head to our website by clicking here. If you use a phone number and passcode to login, you can enter it on that page. If you use a legacy login, such as a 9-digit PIN number, please click “Login with Legacy PIN” under the blue Facebook login button and enter it there. Whether you use the mobile app or our website, just log in with the same login details you currently use when you call our access numbers, and you’ll be logged into your account in seconds.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team via our Live Chat on the website. They’ll be glad to walk you through the process if you need any help. Our team is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
